Don't Bite Me patches mostly work
These did a great job of keeping all the biting gnats away and most of the mosquito although, after having had the patch on for 14 hours two mosquitoes did bite me, one bit me within a half inch of the patch. I also use three patches at a time, one for the upper half of the body and one on each leg otherwise if I don't do it this way my ankles just get eaten up! The patches mostly work and sure beat chemical sprays.
